*Aggravated* Piggy was upset for a few reasons. He was really upset because no one had listened to him, when he was being the only logical person trying to help. He was also upset that no one was listening to Ralph either, even though he had the conch and was the chief.
Piggy was infuriated (to be expected) because nobody listened to the simple logic and warnings of danger. Along with that, Ralph was completely ignored, which also contributed to Piggy's frustration.
He was probably aggravated because no one was listening to him, or Ralph for that matter. The kids all stood up and scrambled up the hill, not caring about who had the conch shell or anything. "At once half the boys were on their feet. Jack clamored among them, the conch forgotten" (LORD OF THE FLIES). Even Ralph didn't listen to what Piggy was saying, and even if he did he gave no real sign to show it. Without telling Piggy what he was doing, he raced after the kids up the mountain, not listening to Piggy. So, simply put, the soul reason that Piggy was aggravated was due to the fact that no one was listening to anyone.
